Frequently asked questions

Can I adjust how my lock detects my home's perimeters (geofence)?

I want to be able to get the mail and have my door unlock when I'm done. Unfortunately not. To ensure location accuracy, it is not possible to have the perimeters too small as this could lead to the possibility of false auto-unlocks while you are at home.
